Ultimately, I managed to reclaim my £2150, and here’s how: Reach out to a consumer advice service for guidance. After following the necessary steps to allow the company a chance to refund me (which they didn’t), I was advised to file a County Court Judgement (CCJ) in small claims court. Once the company received my CCJ, they refunded my money, albeit seven months late. I also included interest on the CCJ and charged for my time spent on this issue.
