You try to deliver yesterday Saturday. I spoke by phone with the delivery man, told I was out during weekend and agreed to receive on Monday between 10 am and 2 pm. How can you report that the parcel is delivered on Sunday after this ? Terrible.
The courier service is too delayed than expecting time frame. They are mentioned on website that delivery within 5_10 business day but they delivered my order on 14th day.
This company is a waste of space, any suppliers using them need to think twice! They started really bad in my area but then improved and deliveries started to arrive, unfortunately they are now rubbish again! Failed deliveries, claim my address is wrong when everyone else delivers without issue. I received an email to say out for delivery and 1 minute later another to say incorrect address, total garbage and lies. If there are real issues I accept those but stop sending me emails that are not true, you make your company looks stupid and untrustworthy, review the drivers and agents you use in my area urgently please!
It was delivered to the wrong house, usually the courier calls me before delivery, I was at my home, nobady call me, just the courier dropped my package to the wrong place. My address is Cale Osa Mayor 11, block 3, ap. C13.
They misplaced three different packages over the Christmas period and only delivered one out of four. It feels like a circus with such poor management. They even assert that packages are still on their way, merely to postpone your refund. It's a complete scam from a logistics provider.

Then, on Sunday, I was informed that after multiple delivery attempts, my package was sent back. It's frustrating that no one ever called, and I doubt the courier even attempted to deliver it. In the support chat, all they could say was, "I’m sorry, we cannot do anything; please contact the company for a refund."
When my package arrived, I was not at home, so I asked a neighbor to receive it. However, less than 3 minutes later, when she opened the door, the courier had already left. It turned out he was at a completely different location and mentioned that the delivery would be rescheduled in a few days. This is the second time this service has either lost or failed to deliver my package. My friend even asked the courier to wait. The courier did not pick up the phone, and when he finally did, he was already in another city. My friend had to drive to him because the package was crucial, and I didn’t want to risk not receiving it again (my previous package was never delivered and was lost). Very disappointing service.
