I had a frustrating experience recently. On Thursday, I received an email stating that my package would be delivered that day. I reached out to the support team to confirm if the courier would contact me upon arrival, and I was assured they would. However, no one reached out, and on Friday, I received another email informing me of an issue with my delivery: "We have encountered a problem with the delivery of your package and are working to get it to you as soon as possible. If you haven't received any information in 72 hours, please contact us through our website." I immediately sent an email for more details since I hadn't received any calls. Then, on Sunday, I was informed that after multiple delivery attempts, my package was sent back. It's frustrating that no one ever called, and I doubt the courier even attempted to deliver it. In the support chat, all they could say was, "I’m sorry, we cannot do anything; please contact the company for a refund."
