We initially purchased a radiator and were satisfied, but it started producing loud creaking sounds when heating up and eventually stopped working. Since it was still under warranty, we received a replacement without any hassle, reflecting the company's recognition of an issue. However, they wouldn't restart the warranty for the new radiator, which I found unsatisfactory. Initially, everything seemed fine, but now the replacement has also begun creaking upon heating, so I’m curious about its future performance. Additionally, the app that controlled the radiator, which had been functioning well, now seems to select the temperature automatically, possibly after a recent update. I need to constantly monitor the temperature settings, as it isn’t always warm enough; maybe the app requires another update. Nevertheless, it does emit a substantial amount of heat and effectively warms our room.
