We initially bought a radiator and were pleased with its performance, but it started making loud creaking noises when heating and then ceased functioning. Since it was still under warranty, we received a replacement without issues, indicating the company’s awareness of a fault. However, they wouldn’t restart the warranty for the new radiator, which was disappointing. Initially, everything was fine, but now the replacement has also begun creaking during heating, so I’m curious to see what happens next. Additionally, the radiator app, which was previously functioning well, has started selecting temperatures automatically, possibly due to a recent update. I have to frequently check the temperature setting, as it isn’t always warm enough; perhaps the app needs another update. Despite these concerns, it does provide ample heat and effectively warms our room.

I need to constantly monitor the temperature settings, as it isn’t always warm enough; maybe the app requires another update. Nevertheless, it does emit a substantial amount of heat and effectively warms our room.
This is the second radiator I've had, and the thermometer just doesn't function correctly. Being an essential part of the device, it's quite ineffective. It also creaks when heating up. This was one of the primary reasons I returned the first one, but unfortunately, it’s the same issue again. Not worth it. It might be better to invest in extending the radiator pipework or opt for an oil-filled radiator.
