I switched a few months ago and enjoyed the service initially, as it used a reliable network. However, I started receiving messages about data usage while still having days left in the cycle. I tried to upgrade my plan but couldn't get through via phone or email. I need data for navigation, and after 24 hours of trying to contact them, my issue remains unresolved. I can’t rely on them anymore, so I’ve requested a PAC code to switch to another network. It’s disappointing because I appreciated their commitment to wildlife and nature.
