I would never use this company, or products. This product arrived with " Made in China" and microfibre cover and lining. How is that Bamboo as advertised? On website? A complete lie, and rip off! Not to mention disgraceful, customer service and lies. I see I am not the only one who is extremely upset and disappointed. I will be reporting the business and product to the consumer watch dog! As for refund I doubt it. It's up to crap Eco toppers discretion. After you pay for return. So lies again about 90 promise refund. How you supposed to have a cooling mattress topper with man made non cooling, non cooling man made fabric, where's the sense. And also the description of truth in product. Rip off! Thank you 🙏
