Dear Management Eco toppersProduct paid for and received advertised as COOLING BAMBOO MATTRESS TOPPER - CHARCOALYour FB advertisement for this product states that the filling is bamboo:Hypo allergenicAntibacterial and antifungal propertiesBreathable, reduces moisture dropThat the product is washable5cm thickThe product I received is none of the above. It is white and made in China. The label says the material and stuffing is Cotton/Polyester not bamboo, as advertised. It is thin. The label also says WASHING INSTRUCTIONS - DO NOT WASH. It is very hot to sleep on due to the synthetic filling.Either, I have been shipped the wrong product OR your advertising is fraudulent and a complete scam.You do not answer calls on your advertised number being 0401 467 099. I have tried to ring for 3 days.I paid over $100 for this piece of rubbish, so I give you 2 options:A) Ship to me the advertised productorB) Immediately refund my money back onto my credit card.Should I not receive a quick resolution of this issue I shall be reporting you to FACEBOOK, Consumer Affairs Australia and A Current Affair TV program.(This is a copy of text of an email I sent to Eco Toppers on their advertised email being ......not allowed to list their email - wish me luck)
