They do not allow you to choose a start date for the change, which seems to be a standard option with other companies. I kept trying to find this option in the form, but it was absent. I received an email stating my change would occur in five days, leading to a hassle in trying to cancel. I had to ask my current supplier to block the request. I later received a prompt email about the block but still haven't received a reply regarding my cancellation request.
