When Ecotricity took over the supply over a year ago, they said that they were going to fit a new Smart meter so they could take accurate readings. After 3 failed attempts the meter has still not been changed and they are still scratching their heads what to do. If they can't read the meter properly, then they shouldn't have taken over the supply. I've now had enough of their excuses and I'm putting this in the hands of the Energy Ombudsman
