A series of incompetence and chaotic service. My bags finally arrived eight days after they were left at the airport. Misinformation, missed delivery times, and an ineffective tracking system made it impossible to know where the van was. I was told my bags had been delivered when they hadn't, and I waited for days (canceling appointments) to receive them on the promised days. Naturally, the bags did not arrive, even though the service claimed the driver attempted delivery and said no one was home: I was present all day and night, and no contact was made, despite the driver having my number. The company really needs to reconsider its partnerships with such unreliable services! I am seriously thinking about avoiding this airline in the future.
