Frustrating Incompetence

A series of frustrating incompetence and chaotic service. My bags finally arrived eight days after being left behind at the airport. There was a lot of misinformation, missed delivery dates, and an ineffective tracking system. I was told my bags had been delivered when they hadn't, and I waited for days (canceling appointments) to receive them on the promised days. Naturally, the bags did not arrive, even though I was told by the service that the driver had attempted delivery and claimed no one was home: I was present all day and night, and no effort was made to contact me. The company needs to reconsider its partnerships with such unreliable services! I am seriously contemplating not using this airline in the future.

Completely Inept Service

A series of incompetence and chaotic service. My bags finally arrived eight days after they were left at the airport. The company really needs to reconsider its partnerships with such unreliable services! I am seriously thinking about avoiding this airline in the future.

Utterly Ineffective Service

This service is utterly ineffective. Customer support is nearly nonexistent; they falsely claimed they attempted delivery and promised the luggage would arrive the next day, but surprise, no luggage showed up. The tracking system is also ineffective, indicating that the bags haven’t even left the depot. I won't consider this airline again due to this service.

Unreliable Service

I was supposed to receive my delayed luggage, but the driver didn’t show up for delivery, citing it was Sunday. I had to go to the depot myself in bad weather to retrieve it. This service is unprofessional and not trustworthy. I will inform airlines to reconsider their contracts with them.

It’s impossible to contact this service: Tried live chat—cut off, phone calls—disconnected; emails—no response; tracking is inaccurate. I’m still waiting for my delivery, which is overdue by three days since my flight landed.

Significant Delays

It took four days for my luggage to be delivered, and the website provided incorrect or no information at all. Customer service is unreachable; no responses to emails or phone calls (spent two hours waiting without any reply). This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. How can anyone be proud of such a poor service?

Terrible Experience

How bad can a service be? No one answers the phone. The app is dreadful and often crashes. No automated updates are provided. Will I ever see my bag again after reaching the depot five days ago? I doubt it. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years.

Overall Poor Service

The tracking app indicates my bag is still at the depot and was supposed to be delivered last night, but it hasn't arrived. No one answers the phone, live chat ends without a reply, and emails go unanswered.

One Star is Too Generous

One star is too generous. Customer service is nonexistent, and the company is unreachable. My luggage was delayed, and this service was chosen by the airline to deliver it. I have a medical condition, and all my medication is in that bag. I was promised delivery the next day, but it’s now been 48 hours. I've sent multiple emails and tried calling ten times—still no response. The phone lines are a joke, disconnecting after long waits. I’ve been told my bag was picked up two days ago, but the tracking link is useless. I’m still waiting for my luggage with my medication, and if anything happens due to my missing meds, I will pursue legal action.

Luggage Missing

I've emailed multiple times. Perhaps you should consider answering emails instead of reviews? The service has declined significantly; I didn't expect it to be this bad. Why trust such incompetent people with your services? Where is my luggage? The airline decided not to board all business class luggage—great work. Now I can't reach the courier, and your staff has no idea about the luggage's whereabouts! I've reported this to trading standards and suggest others do the same. I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get in touch—my luggage says it was delivered, but it is NOT HERE. Please, someone reach out and resolve this issue.
