It took four days for my luggage to be delivered, and the website provided incorrect or no information at all. Customer service is unreachable; no responses to emails or phone calls (spent two hours waiting without any reply). This has been the worst service I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. How can anyone be proud of such a poor service?
