I have a medical condition, and all my medication is in that bag. I was promised delivery the next day, but it’s now been 48 hours. I've sent multiple emails and tried calling ten times—still no response. The phone lines are a joke, disconnecting after long waits. I’ve been told my bag was picked up two days ago, but the tracking link is useless. I’m still waiting for my luggage with my medication, and if anything happens due to my missing meds, I will pursue legal action.
