Now I can't reach the courier, and your staff has no idea about the luggage's whereabouts! I've reported this to trading standards and suggest others do the same. I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get in touch—my luggage says it was delivered, but it is NOT HERE. Please, someone reach out and resolve this issue.
