A series of frustrating incompetence and chaotic service. My bags finally arrived eight days after being left behind at the airport. There was a lot of misinformation, missed delivery dates, and an ineffective tracking system. I was told my bags had been delivered when they hadn't, and I waited for days (canceling appointments) to receive them on the promised days. Naturally, the bags did not arrive, even though I was told by the service that the driver had attempted delivery and claimed no one was home: I was present all day and night, and no effort was made to contact me. The company needs to reconsider its partnerships with such unreliable services! I am seriously contemplating not using this airline in the future.
