The product stopped working just two days after it arrived. Although a replacement or refund was offered, it required the return of the unit first. The company has since claimed they did not receive the return, despite having multiple proofs. Their customer service consists of generic replies that are completely unhelpful. I have initiated legal action against the company for not adhering to consumer rights.
