I am truly appalled by my experience with the company. The device was new and used only a few times before issues arose. I sent it for repairs, expecting a straightforward fix, but received it back in unacceptable condition—scratched, dirty, and damaged. I exchanged over 25 emails with customer service, but each interaction was unhelpful, lacking accountability or real solutions. They eventually suggested sending it back to the same repair center that caused the damage initially. Frustrated, I turned to a different platform's customer service, which was efficient and helpful. They arranged a refund without any issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
