I would rate them lower than one star if possible. After ordering a specific actuator, I received a faulty one. Upon installation, it was clear it was defective. I reached out for a replacement, but it never arrived. When I contacted customer service, the representative was indifferent and merely suggested ordering another. For those unaware, this service is affiliated with another company, and both are disappointing. Expect to lose time and money dealing with them.
