They sold me a ecu for a q7 that it’s supposed to be with immo off and plug and play
I contacted them and they told me that is not possible to get the ecu with immo off for that money i sent them screenshots off their web page where its obviously saying immo off and then they sent me a link to same ecu but with the details modified already saying that the unit needs coding🤦♂️ i had to spend some more extra to do the immo of myself and program i asked them to refund me with some money back and they said that isn’t possible as they don’t make money selling the units 😂 in top of that i paid for express shipping 2-3days it took 2weeks great job ups👍 keep going

I ordered an Ecu and i paid 24€ for express delivery 2-4 days in european countries. Ups though told me that they will do 10 days. After i talked with customer service of ECUSALE they told me "Give me some time i will check on it" 6 days after and no sign from them and ups still say the same thing. Thats not express delivery. I think its a waste of time and money this site
