Misrepresentation

This luggage company misleads their clients saying 2-5 days delivery not true . Ordered a Samsonite luggage with them as a gift to my niece who lives in Alabama . Ordered it on August 23 tracked it and UPS says it will arrive on September 2 which is the day my niece is leaving to travel . No wonder they don’t have any review because their service is bad .
