Edapt are great, they have direct access to employment lawyers unlike other unions where you may work with a non employment law specialist (i.e. rep). Edapt are generally very quick and good over email.Negatives are lack of a phyical rep in my school and/or due to covid I can't see them in person.They have however been personally of a great help to me, plus they are affordable.
