I really can't recommend Edapt enough. I signed up because it is non-political, and I had heard they were no nonsense too, but never imagined I would have to use so much of their support.
After a very challenging allegation against me in school, Rebecca supported me through every single step of the way.
The process was extremely complex and long, and she was always on board to talk, think things through, plan out what would be best for me, support with wording and drafts, represent me in meetings and conversations, and help in any way she could. She allowed me to take the lead, while ensuring every step taken was thoroughly calculated to protect me and advance my best interests.
Rebecca's professionality, communication, knowledge, insight, guidance, patience, care, empathy, and manner (the list goes on) warrant many more than 5 stars!
Very very grateful. Thank you.

Highly professional service

Edapt have provided me with expert advice and support and I have nothing but positive words to say about Edapt. Since joining, I have had speedy responses to any case I brought to them. I have personally experienced great legal support from the team. Rebecca has recently been working on one of my cases and has been highly professional. Rebecca was an empathic, knowledgable and a supportive caseworker who gave me confidence in dealing with my workplace issue effectively. She also followed up to see how I was getting on which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Edapt.

5 Star service!!

From the very first moment I reached out to EDAPT to inquire about subscriptions and costs, I was met with swift, professional, and empathetic responses regarding my situation. Even though I’ve only been a member for a few months, the level of service I’ve received has been second to none.Their responses are always quick, personal, and genuinely caring. The advice I’ve received has been outstanding, and they always follow through, contacting you when they say they will. It’s clear that they truly value their members.I would recommend EDAPT to absolutely anyone, especially since they’re not one of the big new unions but still deliver service that surpasses expectations. We should really be spreading the word about them because they truly are fantastic.

A thoroughly professional organisation that supports and responds effectively. They have the experience and expertise needed to tackle issues in the education sector. In my particular situation I was guided thoughtfully and carefully through a complex challenge and was able to resolve matters positively. My advisor responded quickly to questions and preempted potential pitfalls that often arise in the HR world. Above all they genuinely cared and helped. I recommend their services.

Made a Difficult Grievance Process Manageable

I want to thank my Edapt representative for the support I received during my grievance process. From the very beginning they were calm, professional, and reassuring at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed. They explained every step clearly, helped me prepare my documentation, and made sure I felt heard and understood throughout. What stood out most was the balance they struck between empathy and practicality: they never dismissed how difficult things felt for me, but also gave clear, structured advice about what was possible and realistic in the process. I always felt they were on my side, advocating for me while keeping everything focused and constructive.Going through a grievance can be daunting and isolating, but having Edapt in my corner made a huge difference. I would recommend their support to any teacher who finds themselves in a similar position.
