I placed an order for a jacket that was in stock. Its now been 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped it. I have called several times to check on the status and they give me a ship date and then that day passes and my order still is in “processing”. One agent just started making up excuses saying it was a pre-order item. No it was not. Thats a lie. The customer service agents are clearly outsourced to another country as i can hear the background noise. Kids crying, dogs barking, random conversations. Noisy. After giving all of my identification, address, phone, email, they still asked if I was calling from the United States. What? Truly bizarre customer service experience. After two weeks i again called and asked to just cancel the order. They could not cancel the order because according to them its waiting for carrier pick up. I asked again, what day is being shipped. The agent couldn’t even give me a date or a tracking number or anything. If its awaiting pick up as they claim, theres a lable created and i should be able to see that. They dont have one because they are lying. It feels like theft because it is. Stay away from this company. They are scammers.
