Frustration with the rain gear quality

I have bought rain gear from the company several times, and I am nearly done with them. None of their rain jackets are waterproof at all; after just an hour in light rain, they always let water through. They never lived up to the specifications they advertised. I couldn't find a way to contact customer service. I'm not asking for a refund (though that would be nice). I just want to understand why they promote technical waterproof specs that are clearly not accurate.

Order Misdelivery and Poor Support

The service sent my order to an incorrect address. I noticed this promptly and called them right away, as they have a 30-minute window to fix errors. The representative informed me that I would need to contact the carrier once I received the shipping email. This led to seven frustrating calls between the service and the carrier, who refused to change the address. I've ended up losing money on this order.

Frustrating order management experience

After placing an order at 9pm, I quickly emailed upon realizing an incorrect item was in my cart. The support team informed me that I couldn’t remove the item or cancel the order. Now, I have to wait for it to ship and then reach out again. This is a disappointing experience.

Ridiculous customer support.

I placed an order at 9pm and quickly emailed after noticing an unwanted item in my cart (checking for a coupon). The support team claimed there was no way to remove the item or cancel my order. I now have to wait for it to ship, receive it, and then contact them again. This is a ridiculous level of customer support.

Unsatisfactory customer assistance

I called to correct the shipping address, but the website wouldn’t allow it. The representative said he couldn’t assist and that a supervisor would be available within 24 hours, but they never reached out. As a result, my order over $200 was sent to the wrong address.

Poorly made comforter

I purchased a comforter and noticed a tear where the stitching had come undone, along with loose threads and dye leakage onto the fabric after washing it. I'm extremely disappointed, especially given the high price, as I expected better quality.

Terrible customer assistance

I purchased a jacket in-store for my husband, but it was the wrong size. We accidentally recycled the receipt, but the tags were still attached, and I had the purchase on my credit card app. I called to see if I could return it, and was told to visit the store on the 14th for a manager to assist. When I arrived, I was informed that the company didn't trust employees to look up receipts by credit card. I had to call customer service from the store, where a representative spent nearly an hour asking irrelevant questions regarding my online order. I repeatedly explained that I bought it in the same store and just needed him to locate the receipt. In the end, he said a “specialty team” would follow up by the 17th, but no one has contacted me. In my experience shopping elsewhere, providing my credit card has always allowed for receipt retrieval. This situation was incredibly frustrating, especially as I was trying to replace a broken jacket for the holidays. I'm now considering switching to a different brand.

Customer service is inadequate

The customer service is lacking. I received an email regarding a product issue but couldn't reach the sender since the email kept bouncing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the email was mistakenly generated by their system. They claimed any assistance from a customer service agent was erroneous and showed no concern.

A wonderful representative at the mall was instrumental in getting my gift card refunded. She was diligent and genuinely apologetic about the delay in processing my refund. I truly appreciate her assistance!

Lost orders and slow shipping

While the products are decent, the customer support is severely lacking. I placed two orders and received tracking numbers, but the status hasn’t updated since. When I called, I was informed both orders were lost and advised to reorder. I did, opting for express shipping due to the cold weather, yet the estimated delivery is still far away. The customer service response was minimal, leaving me doubtful about any future assistance.
