Their software fraudulently placed 2 orders without me confirming/submitting them (at 10PM—with no customer service available after 8PM). When I attempted to cancel the next day at 8AM when customer service opened up again they told me the order was already in process, which the order states “in process” immediately after it’s placed. They refused to cancel the orders, but offered me “free shipping labels”, which are already complementary for returns on their website…fast forward—the 2 orders came in 3 pieces. I generated the shipping labels on their return portal only to be told by UPS that I needed a third label, because they sent it in 3 pieces. Of course this wasn’t possible on their return portal. I had to contact customer service again after lugging 3 beach chairs to UPS only to be told that it will take 24 hours to receive a third shipping label. Other reputable companies would rather you keep an item than deal with additional frustration, which I don’t ever expect but it’s a generous gesture that makes customers return. I have received no rectification of this situation whatsoever. The people I spoke to in customer service were lovely, including a supervisor, but the way this company runs is beyond substandard.
