I bought a luggage bag that broke after 3 trips. Because I originally purchased the bag online I had to initiate a return online and ship it back to them as they don’t allow returns in store for online luggage orders.They received the returned bag on January 20th. By January 28th I got on live chat with them because I didn’t receive confirmation they had received the bag back or got a refund. They told me they initiated the refund on live chat and said I would get my money back in 3-7 business days.Long story short, it’s been well over a month and I still don’t have my refund. I’ve gone back and forth via email, live chat and phone calls with no luck. Their customer service is atrocious and communication is horrendous. I am now out of a bag and almost $300 and they refuse to help me. Do not buy from Eddie Bauer unless you plan on keeping the item even if it breaks.
