One of the worst companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with in recent memory. I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and Edel Optics incorrectly sent me a pair of prescription glasses. After a bunch of back and forth emails and requests (being asked to physically send photos of the glasses that arrived), Edel Optics were able to finally concede the glasses were incorrect. When I asked for a refund, Edel Optics informed me that I must first create a return and only when the glasses arrive back at their HQ, they can then submit my return. I informed them I needed the money asap as these sunglasses were specifically purchased for a holiday in a few days, paired with the fact that I physically cannot see out of the prescription glasses they sent me and nope - 0 help or compensation offered. Avoid if possible, I guess theres a reason they're slightly cheaper than other companies offering the same products - avoid the hassle and go with a reputable brand/company and save yourself the headaches dealing with Edel Optics.
