DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a dress. Took ages to arrive. Was nothing like the online photos and when I asked for a refund they at first refused. I sent them numerous emails with my rights etc and the eventually agreed. I had to pay £16 for tracked delivery. Still waiting for a refund after I sent it back 13th December and they’ve tried to tell me I still have the dress even though they confirmed they were tracking and could see it was at customs. They said I never sent it back. Gone through credit card company to reclaim my refund but this has been an absolute joke. The quality of the clothing isn’t worth what they are wanting you to pay for them.
