DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Spent £70 on a coat which looks nothing like what was shown on the website. Refunds cost £30 to send back and suggested I take a 10% goodwill gesture refund and keep the coat to sell on!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, Terrible company.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM EDEL CLOI brought a coat from here it turned up nothing like what they pictured on the website iv sent many emails asking for my money back but they refuse, they will only give me a percentage back pennys from what I paid or I can send the coat back but they stated this will coat £25/£30 for postaged for a coat I paid £59.95, it’s ridiculous they are scammers as iv sent them pictures showing it’s not the coat I ordered they do not care at all, I’ll be calling trading standards on them
Would also give it zero if i could. Ordered my dress for dinner dance on the 5th of November (ready for December) it didn’t arrive until last week. It took over 3 months to come, very disappointing and won’t even give me a full refund and only offer 10% which is £4.50 when I spent nearly £50 on it and it didn’t even come in time!! 😡😡
Would be zero if I could daughter ordered a dress back in November 2025 for her 21st birthday in Dec it didn’t arrive… she purchased a backup elsewhere Thankgod ! she tried to get a refund for NOT RECEIVED told it had been shipped…. It has now arrived last week in January 2026 looks nothing like described and no tags (so she won’t be able to return) absolutely SCAM of a company. The dress itself is 100% see through and looks cheap…cheap beads and one in the middle is obviously missing…. Stay clear of this site their T&Cs are shocking
Awful company, do not bother wasting your money. My boyfriend brought me a coat from them for my bday and within a day of wearing it, 3 of the buttons had come off meaning I now couldn't do the coat up.After contacting them, they have been so unhelpful and will not give me a refund or a new coat as it is out of the 30 day purchase window; however I contacted then about the damage within the 30 day period.Do not buy!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a dress. Took ages to arrive. Was nothing like the online photos and when I asked for a refund they at first refused. I sent them numerous emails with my rights etc and the eventually agreed. I had to pay £16 for tracked delivery. Still waiting for a refund after I sent it back 13th December and they’ve tried to tell me I still have the dress even though they confirmed they were tracking and could see it was at customs. They said I never sent it back. Gone through credit card company to reclaim my refund but this has been an absolute joke. The quality of the clothing isn’t worth what they are wanting you to pay for them.

After waiting about 4 weeks I finally received my order which arrived faulty, I reported this and I was asked for photos and videos it was pretty intense considering how clear the fault was I was then told I could return it but would have to pay the return myself, bear in mind this was to china so the cost was insane Iuckily I paid with a credit card so have put a chargeback in but not everyone would have this option so be very cautious if you go ahead and order fromthis awful company
Absolute shocker of a company, complete scammers. Itwm arrived 4 weeks late and nothing like pictures, customer service Absolutely shocking and rude. Refusing me refund saying final sale price, looks like it's been made by a child slave and for less than £2!!! Currently in arguments with them before I go to fraud department to get my money back
Ordered a coat looks nothing like the advertisement. Should be reported to trading standards for misleading customers - misrepresentation of products! ALSO TO ADD THEY WANT ME TO PAY A FEFUND FEE OF £20 -£30 FOR THEIR LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND MISREPRESENTATION!
