Yet, I am still receiving medals valued at €160 that I did not want or request! I insist that you remove all my information from your system and ensure that I do not receive anything further. Additionally, I need guidance on how to return this shipment, as I have no interest in keeping it. If this issue persists, I will take appropriate action. I am reiterating: I do not want to receive anything that I haven't ordered!
