I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift on 30/11/25. It didn't ship from London, but from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. It was not the jacket I ordered, as it was of very poor quality with no labels inside. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. I immediately contacted them for a return for a full refund, but I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed; I would avoid this service.
