I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift on 30/11/25. It didn't ship from London, but from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. It was not the jacket I ordered, as it was of very poor quality with no labels inside. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. I immediately contacted them for a return for a full refund, but I have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed; I would avoid this service.
Here’s my honest feedback after my order... the jacket looks nice, but the sleeves were too long and too wide for me. I had to stitch it myself to fit my arms. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it, so I wouldn’t recommend this item and I regret my purchase.
I've purchased two pairs already. Keep in mind these are not wide fit, but they are pretty comfortable for wellies. I walk 30 minutes to work, and they look sleek and perfect for a put-together look. They don’t look like typical wellies, so I don’t worry about rainy days anymore. No leakage at all. Easy to wear. I would recommend them again and again! The only downside is they peel after extensive wear, so I buy them every season.

Buyer beware. A social media ad led me to purchase two pairs of shoes, a dress, and a shirt. I quickly received an order confirmation, and after two weeks, the items arrived.
