The. Shop keeper in the Eden disability shop on Market Street called Shantel . Told me because of my disability I would get the VAT taken off my purchase but I realised once I got home she had not taken off the VAT. This is out of order as I am autistic and have ADHD, have arthritis of my back . I feel she took advantage of my disability ! I went back in the shop as I could not remember if she gave me a receipt she spoke to me very rudely and said they do not give copies of receipts ! I later found my receipt which is dated 31/03/2026. ( I could not understand what the problem of giving a copy was) her attitude towards me gives me reason to think she is used to lying to people!
