Nipped in today as was in Barnsley for family personal reasons staff was lovely very knowledgeable the 2 ladies made me feel comfortable and welcomed i didn't buy anything today but I will be going back for all that I need in the next few weeks I just want to say a massive thank you to the young lady with blonde had sorry I didn't get your name you were amazing
Visited the Scarbrough office on Thursday 5 February and were greeted by a lovely warm welcome by a lady Called Camilla she was extremely helpful went in to buy a wheelchair for My Mam and also brought a beautiful recliner chair .This the second time we have visited this shop and the first time we brought a walker for Mam

I visited a mobility store this morning to explore mobility scooters and received excellent assistance from a representative. It was a pleasure to meet her and to be shown around while trying out the best scooter for my needs, which I ended up purchasing today.
The representative was incredibly knowledgeable and comforting while discussing the items I was interested in. There was no pressure, and the conversation flowed easily. They understood the temporary disability I am facing, which made the experience much more relatable. I wholeheartedly recommend seeking their advice on all matters related to disability and the products offered. I was unaware that I qualified for VAT-free products until informed.
