This company struggles with water delivery. They often decide not to deliver, forcing me to call them for rescheduling. They claim to arrange another delivery, but it never happens! This has occurred multiple times, and I’m now looking for a new supplier.
An engineer came to sanitize the machine, spent a brief time working on it, and then asked me to sign his device. When I requested paperwork, he insisted it wasn't necessary, despite my need for documentation for Health and Safety. He argued with me rather than providing a clear explanation.
