What terrible year experience with this company!!! took out a contract to have water delivered every 3 weeks this was then changed without my knowledge to every 4 weeks with this in mind it’s never every 4 weeks and it’s always a week or 2 late pretty much every single month meaning your waiting 6 weeks for your water not 4! They pick and choose how many bottles they want to deliver even after me confirming with the customer services that I only want 3 on delivery!! Numerous complaints as I’ve had bottles leaking and on one occasion it was listed that I received 6 bottles but only received 3!! Investigation apparently is still ongoing from June!! I then emailed in anger two months ago for a manager to contact me and for my account to be cancelled to which I received no response through email or calls! I have called today because yet again my delivery is supposed to be scheduled for tomorrow to be told that my account has been closed down without informing me or responding to my email to confirm this happened!!! Terrible customer services will never use this company again! Just don’t care about there paying customers unfortunately:-(
