Complaint:638158Warning to anyone not to use this company.Don't say you wern't warned.After sending them every bit of evidence including business rates and a solicitors letter headed paper as proof.. I have been asked 6 times by different people for essentialy the same thing. The so called complaint handler does nothing but pass on information like a robot [ am convinced it is a bot ] from a cheap callcenter EDF outsourced to to save millions and at the same time make life difficult for us, the customers. Almost 3 months later, they have me hostage on deemed rates and cannot do the simplist of tasks.This is why the energy ombudsman was put in place, companies have a timeframe and should complete changes in a given time. Usualy 10 days or 4 weeks max.Did I mention they tried to diconnect AFTER they had my info. Tried to get me to pay some one eleses bill and used threats. Disgusting .Still to this day not fixed. I could send them a DNA swab, a blood sample and promise to take my first born as a deposit and I promise you it would not matter. YOU CANNOT FIX INCOMPETANCE.
