I had smart meters installed and the display unit wasn’t connected, emailed EDF and had a response from Russell saying he would get a meter specialist to rectify the problem. A few weeks passed and display still not showing data so I emailed Russell again and he passed it over to Jess. What a breath of fresh air she kept in touch via email and over a day and a half Jess had it up and running no problem. Jess was very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again Jess.
