The service I received from both Mat at customer service and Nicole at Small business was good. They worked to understand my query and were patient when I asked them to repeat parts of their explainations which I did not understand. However they were unable to resolve my query. I have recieved a quick follow up Email telling me that my query is being processed, which is appreciated.
