I was telephoned by Carol Bell team 18c. So firstly she did what others have failed to do ie call me back as promised. She was courteous understanding and efficient. She promised to email info to me and she did straight away. This was more like the service I signed up with EDF to get. Thank you Carol you have restored my faith in EDF
