My Energy provider for my Gas & Electric supply is EDF. I have a smart meter for my electric supply,in the flat i rent. Unfortunately the gas meter is sited in a restaurant below the rented flat i'm in. So each month i have to go & get my gas reading & submit to EDF to keep an accurate bill normally by the 25th of each month. On Sunday 23rd November i went & took a gas reading and submitted it via email. On Monday 24th November 2025, i received a nice reply from a person called Bruno,saying he had applied the reading to my account. Therefore keeping my bill accurate,rather than estimated.
