Having spent 18 months arguing and getting over charged for my gas with British Gas due to a faulty smart meter I then moved to EDF which I hasten to add is a French company,,EDF amazing customer service,dealt with my meter within 2 months of being with them,I highly recommend EDF as there customer service is 1st class..thankyou EDF,British Gas can do one !!
