After my supply being cut off on Friday night at 7.30pm ive tried and tried to contact out of hours to sort this. I’ve been passed back between langstane out of hours to Edf to heat care and so on all weekend with not getting any further forward or no answers to why supply was cut off. After finally getting someone to arrange for an engineer to attend at 8am on sunday and then they never appeared. However after phoning and speaking with Alindile from team 2F she was very helpful. Very understanding of my frustration as other colleagues had previously put the phone down on me and weren’t able to help. However she was able to talk me through it on the phone and get my supply back on which i’m highly appreciative of.
