I posted this review before and miraculously got a response. What started off very helpful has rapidly gone down hill again so I will post here again as it seems to be the only way to be listened to. I today have woken up to a bill saying I owe £6000. For someone who doesn't even charge their phone in the building and only uses two plugs and hardly ever lighting, I would like an explanation. You are causing a considerable amount of stress and I have had enough! I've been trying to sort my business account with EDF since February 12th to no avail.Failed 3 times to honour an appointment to change my meter which I lose a lot of income on each time. Due to this my account is meant to be frozen until they sort the problem as cannot take accurate readings. Never actioned any payments on my active direct debit until last month when they tried to take over £600. Staff keep telling me different things. I have a very long thread of an email complaint with EDF that I opened in March but was told on the phone this morning I do not have an active complaint. No communication whatsoever. EDF are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.This is just a very brief overview of my case, do not use if you want a stress free company.
