I was really worried about making the phone to EDF as I suffer with anxiety But the lovely lady that I spoke too made my call so easy and I felt so much better. Her name is Grace what a lovely lady she was so polite, helpful, and so understanding she explained everything to me bit by bit about having a smart meter put in. I am a pensioner and didn't understand it all but Grace made it so much easier and I am looking forward to having the smart meter installed. So thank you Grace.
