There was an error on my bill that took a while for it to show and resulted in me owing EDF more than I expected. This is not great but their customer service dept staff - Godson, team 17b took a lot of time to look into it and rang back to slowly explain where the error occurred And followed up with another call to explain final resolution.The staff are excellent in this dept. Without the care of Godson in particular I would probably still unable to identify where the error occurred. It’s unusal but nice to have a positive interaction with customer care staff human and not have to deal with an AI bot. I’ll probably renew with EDF because of this staff member.
