In our experience, this company pluck figures from the air, ignore meter readings, don't reply to emails, threaten debt collectors for amounts we don't owe (as confirmed by them after our "final bill" said we were done with them then produce another bill stating we suddenly owe another £300) and finally, they make reverse charges so complicated not even their staff understand what's happened. They have caused no end of stress and tension making us feel sick and furious, but worse...absolutely powerless.
