EDF informed me my direct debit was increasing. I didn’t agree with the new monthly payment. I tried online to increase it slightly, but it would only allow me to increase it more than I wanted. I rang up and was quickly speaking to a lady who understood my problem. She agreed to increase it slightly, to my figure, and was very helpful. Usually you wait in a long queue, but well done EDF.
