I left EDF in July and it is now November and I am still waiting for the return of the extra £250 that was left in my account. No one can tell me when I will receive it and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. It took them 25 days to reply to my last email. If there were an Oscar for the poorest service a company could give they would get my vote! I am not confident I will ever get my money back.
